RE: THORA EVELYN SMITH DECEASED.
NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Any person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Thora Evelyn Smith late of 6, Sycamore Way, Brantham, Manningtree, Essex. CO11 1TL, who died on the 17th February 2015 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executor of the said deceased on or before the 17th July 2015 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
