LAWFORD GREEN LAND OFF BROMLEY ROAD / SOUTH OF LONG ROAD OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATION

Public Consultation at the Venture Centre, Lawford Saturday 16 May 11am -3pm

The purpose is to gain local opinion on a range of key issues including:-
* Traffic Congestion on Long Road outside C of E Primary School
* New school entrance from Bromley Road with car park and pick up / drop off zone
* Car park available as ‘overspill’ parking for Venture Centre events
* Adjacent play area and community green
* New Parish office and meeting rooms
* Public open space
* ‘Blue Light’ Facility: Provision for potential new Fire Station, Coast Guard, Police and St Johns Ambulance
* Bus stop improvements
* Landscape improvements to footpaths and cycleway links
* Trust housing for rent for the Lawford ‘young’ or those with a Lawford ‘connection’
* Housing provision to meet the demand for the next 15 years
