NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named Donald Frederick Barber late of 7 Briardale Avenue Harwich Essex CO12 4LH who died on 16th day of February 2015 are required to send particulars thereof to us the undersigned on or before 18th September 2015 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
