NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named Gordon Stewart Cocker late of 1 Esplanade Court Wellington Road Harwich Essex CO12 3DT who died on 19th day of March 2015 are required to send particulars thereof to us the undersigned on or before 16th December 2015 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
