Application in respect of a Premises Licence for One Stop Newsbox & Convenience Store 16 Oakley Road,Harwich, Essex CO12 4QZ.

Notice is hereby given that We, Sailesh Bhayani & Jyostna Bhayani, have applied on 3 August 2012, to the Tendring District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the above mentioned premises.

The licensable activities applied for under the Application are: 1.To sell intoxicating liquor for consumption OFF the premises.The licensable hours applied for are: Monday to Sunday 06.00 to 22.00

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this Application should write to Tendring District Council at the address stated below or by e-mail to licensingsection@tendringdc.gov.uk.

 Representations must be made in writing and no later than 28 consecutive days from the date of application.

 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
