A LOCAL branch of the Laurel and Hardy Appreciation Society will be hosting a comedy night at Brantham Village Hall.
The Men o' War Tent of the Sons of the Desert will stage the show at the venue on May 18.
There will be a film from the comedy duo’s silent era and a sound short, as well as their last Hollywood feature film.
The evening will cost £3 and £3.50 for members and non-members respectively with free entry for children under 16 when with a paying adult.
Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits will be provided, with the night lasting from 7.30pm to about 10.20pm.
