GERBI Mildred Ann Millie has asked me (acting as her caddie) to thank all of our family, friends and golfing colleagues for their tributes, kind thoughts and concern with regard to her transcendence to a higher level. My thanks to you all for the generous donations on behalf of the St Helena Hospice. Their consideration and compassion towards us both was unparalleled. Our special thanks and appreciation go to Doctors Coggan and Klapper for the kindness and empathy they have always shown.
