WEAVER Annie (Nancy) 13.11.1924 - 24.05.2013 Sadly passed away at Anna Victoria Nursing Home. A much loved Mum and Nana who will be sadly missed by all. Funeral Service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Wednesday 12th June at 10.15am. Family flowers only, donations if desired, to the Alzheimer's Society c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, Harwich, Essex, CO12 4QR. God saw you were getting weary, he knew you had done your best. He put his arms around you, and whispered come to rest.
