POWELL Philip Joseph Passed away peacefully in Colchester General Hospital on 28th May 2013, aged 85 years. Devoted Husband of the late Dorothy, Father to Josie and Step Dad of Margaret, Irene, Kathleen and Ros. Brother to Marie and Bobby. Funeral Service to be held at All Saints Church, Dovercourt on Monday 17th June at 2pm, followed by Interment at Dovercourt Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to 'Royal British Legion (Harwich Branch)' c\o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, Essex, CO12 4QR
