HAYWARD Jack Passed away peacefully in Dovercourt House on Saturday 21st December 2013 in his 97th year. Dearly loved Husband of Sheila. Sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Monday 6th January 2014 at 11am. No flowers by request, but donations if desired to 'Cancer Research Uk' c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, CO12 4QR.
