HIGGS Arthur William (Bill) Passed away peacefully on 16th March 2014, after a long illness, aged 83 years. Husband of Mary, Father to three Sons, three Daughter in laws, four beautiful Grandaughters, loved and sadly missed by all. Funeral service to be held at St Michael's Church, Ramsey on Monday 31st March at 11am, followed by interment at Oakfield Wood Cemetery, Wrabness. Family flowers only, donations if desired to 'Dementia UK' c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, CO12 4QR.
