COOK (nee Smith) Janet Leonora Died peacefully at home in Chatham, Ontario, Canada (formerly of Harwich) on 7th February 2015, aged 69 years. after a long courageous battle against cancer. Daughter of Maud Patricia Smith (Pat) and Leonard Arthur Leslie Smith (Archie). Will be sadly missed by Husband John, Brother Leonard and Sister Frances and all her relatives and friends in Canada and England
