TIESEMA Jan Passed away peacefully on Monday 9th March 2015, after an illness bravely borne, aged 59 years. Beloved Husband to Astrid, Dad of Emma, Peter, Lyn and Friso, Grandad to Alyssa, Nico and Glory.Much loved and sadly missed by all family and many friends. Funeral Service to take place at St. Nicholas' Church, Harwich on Tuesday 24th March at 1.30pm followed by Cremation at Seven Hills Crematorium, Nacton, Ipswich. Flowers or donations, if desired to Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes UK or Cancer Research UK c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, CO12 4QR, 01255 553398.
