FORTH Frederick William Derek (affectionately known as Derek) Passed away peacefully on 20th June 2015. Sadly missed by David and Giselle, Martin and Linda, his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Funeral service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Monday 13th July at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please and donations, if desired, payable to RNLI may be sent to Geo. Paskell Funeral Services, 15 High Street, Manningtree, CO11 1AG
