Members of the East Essex Aviation Museum, particularly Bill Smith and Corinne are very sad to hear this. We enjoyed Stan's company and taking him to events and the Museum open day. We last saw Stan on the Hoek-Harwich ferry when he'd been with a lot of other veterans to the Liberation Day celebrations on Holland at the beginning of May. The atmosphere was unforgettable.
