VACLAVIK Pat Our light went out on Thursday 10th September when Pat lost her courageous fight with the big C. Devoted Wife of Charlie and Loving Mum of Gavin. "Miss you darling sleep tight" Funeral service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Tuesday 13th October 2015 at 11am. No flowers by request, bright colours to be worn.
