EVANS Tom Passed away peacefully on 15th November 2015, aged 77 years. Cherished and Devoted Husband of Joan, Beloved Dad of Adrian, Warren & Nicky, Father in law of Rachel and much loved Grandad of Jacob. Funeral service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Thursday 3rd December at 12.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to 'Alzheimer's Society' c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, CO12 4QR (01255) 553398.
