MANSFIELD Fern Passed away unexpectedly at Home on Thursday 22nd October 2015, Aged 19 Years. Adored Daughter, Sister, Grandaughter and Friend to many. Funeral Service to take place at All Saints Church, Dovercourt on Tuesday 1st December at 9.30am Followed by private Cremation at Weeley Crematorium.
