Hammond Patricia Mary (Pat) Passed away peacefully on 25th November 2015, aged 81 years. Beloved Wife of the Late Ivan. Much loved Mum of Lynne and Cheryl. Adored Nana of Shane, Siobhan, Jason and Jordan. Proud Great Nana to Ole, Jenson and Alexander. Dear Mother in law to Kieron and Mark. Funeral service to be held at All Saints Church, Dovercourt on Friday 11th December at 10.30am, followed by Interment at Dovercourt Cemetery.
