Captain Philip Parker F.N.I Died peacefully at home on 16th April 2016, aged 87 years. Devoted Husband and Father. Funeral service to take place at Weeley Crematorium on Tuesday 10th May at 11.45am, followed by a service of thanksgiving at All Saints Church, Dovercourt at 1pm.
