HOOK Sarah Patricia (Sally) Passed away peacefully on 11th January 2017 aged 84 years. A loving Wife to Roy, Mother to Frances and Toby and Sister to Michael and Maura. Funeral service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Wednesday 8th February at 11.00 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Trinity Ward, Fryatt Hospital or St Helena Hospice may be sent c/o R Gwinnell & Sons, 292 High Street, Dovercourt, Essex CO12 3PD
