HALL Peter William Peter, an artist, teacher and the life of any gathering,died suddenly, but peacefully, on Saturday 25th February 2017, at his home in Stebbing, aged 74. Much-loved husband to Dot, Dad to Julian, Fiona and Nicola, Grandad to Archie, Frank and Edith, Brother to Deb.
