STEPHENS Patricia Ann Passed away peacefully at home on 25th June 2020 aged 75. Beloved Wife to Les, loving Mum, Nan and Great Nan. She will be dearly missed by all. Funeral service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Monday 27th July 2020 at 11.00. Due to Covid 19 we are limited to family at the service, however everybody is welcome at the family home.
