BRAND Ernest John 'Ernie' Normandy Veteran Mayor of Harwich 1996/97 Beloved Husband of the late Pearl. Much loved Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad. Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 14th September 2021 aged 97. Funeral to take place at 11am, St Nicholas Church, Harwich on 5th November 2021 followed by burial at Dovercourt Cemetery.
