PARSONS William James 'Bill' 09.12.1948 - 28.03.2023 Passed away in Colchester Hospital. He will be greatly missed by Wife Marie, Daughter Rebecca, Son-in-Law Robert and Grandchildren Josh and Ellé. The funeral will take place on Friday 5th May at 11.45, Weeley Crematorium.
