Denis STIFF Born in Harwich, 1st January 1921. Died in Hobart, Tasmania, 9th June 2023. With great sadness we announce the death of Denis Stiff, former resident of Harwich, at the grand age of 102. Most loving husband to Joan (d. 2015), father to Jenny, grandfather to Charles and Catherine, and proud great grandfather to Matilda. Will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends for his loving heart, his lively mind and his readiness to help anyone in need.

Such a lovely man,full of life,quick witted and lively company. I remember tales of his fishing successes from the train ferry pier, a hobby furthered in Tasmania in much better weather. A ton plus Denis - well done you!
