KADLEC Karel Passed away suddenly at Colchester General Hospital on the 11th June 2023, aged 77 years. He was the much loved Father to Mark & Carolyn, Father-in-law to Rosie and Grandad to Rafe & Lola. He was loved by all that knew him. The Funeral Service will be held at Weeley Crematorium on Monday 10th July 2023, at 1530hrs. We request that all who attend wear a loud shirt or bright colours, how we want him to be remembered. Family flowers only. Those who wish to can make a donation to either RNLI (Harwich Branch) or British Heart Foundation via Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service 01255 553398

We only knew Karel a short time (6 months) having come over to England from Canada. He and Tizzy used to walk past our house on King's Quay Street several times a day and we were fascinated by the relationship between master and dog. When we were out and about we would stop and talk with Karel and he became a part of our daily life in Harwich.
Although we returned to Canada in January 2023, we still thought of him and was saddened by his passing. He will be greatly missed by us and all who knew him.
