HUBBARD Chelsea After a brave battle, Chelsea passed away peacefully at home on 15th August 2010, aged 20 years. Much loved Daughter of John and Tracy, wonderful Sister to Madison and loved Fiancée of Jamie. She will be sadly missed by her many family, friends and everyone who knew her. The funeral service will take place at St Mary’s Church, Lawford on Monday 23rd August at 2:30pm. It is Chelsea’s family’s wish that everyone is to wear Black.
