COOK Peter Died peacefully after a long battle with cancer on 20th April 2011, aged 71 years. Loving Husband of Diana, loving Father to Nick. He will be sadly missed. Funeral service at Lincoln Crematorium on Monday 16th May, at 1:50pm. Flowers welcome. Any enquiries made to Priestley and Cockett Sunningdale Drive, Lincoln.
