Family flowers only donations if desired to St Helena Hospice c[o Kemble Funeral Services 73 High Street, Brightlingsea Grateful thanks to Staff of St Helena Hospice, Monti Care, District Nurses and Doctors. Also Staff at Rhys Lewis Ward, Essex County Hospital
