FORMAN James (Jim) Passed away peacefully on 29th September 2011, after a long illness bravely borne. Aged 88 years. Beloved Husband of Eve, very dear Father of Marilyn, Lesley, Paul and Jayne. Father-in-Law of Stuart, Trevor and Mark and dearly loved Grandad and Great Grandad. The funeral took place at Heysham, Lancs on Wednesday 12th October 2011. Followed by a private committal service at Lancaster Crematorium. Jim was a true Gentleman and will be sadly missed by all.
