SMITH Eileen Phyllis Passed away peacefully on 10th December 2011 aged 84 years. Devoted Wife of the Late Bill (Tampa). Loving Mum of Pam and Bob, much loved Nanna of Kerrie, Richard and Kelvin, also Great Nanna to Emily. Funeral Service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Thursday 22nd December at 2.45pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired, to 'Crohn and Colitis UK' c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, Essex CO12 4QR.
