WARDLEY (née Forrest) Aged 89 years On March 20th 2012. Jacqueline late of Rosebank, Devoted Mother to Frank, Sam, Audrey, Bette and Ann. A loving Nannie and Great Nannie to her many Grandchildren. Passed away very peacefully at home with her Daughter. Funeral service at Ipswich Crematorium West Chapel on Friday April 13th at 3.15pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Care may be sent to the East of England Co-operative Funeral Service, 47 St Helens Street, Ipswich IP4 2JL. At Jackies request bright colours, red being her favourite.
