CRACKNELL Lewis Andrew Lewis lost his fight against Motor Neurone Disease in Meadow House Nursing Home, Swaffham, Norfolk on 30th March 2012, aged 54 years. A dearly loved Son of Judy and the late Jack. Brother of Helen and Jeff. Brother in Law of Nigel and Joke. Loving Partner to Lesley. Devoted Dad to Sam, Poppy, Millie and Isobel. Grandad to new baby Theo Lewis. Funeral service will take place at Kings Lynn Crematorium on Thursday 12th April at 10.00am. Family flowers only, donations if desired made payble to Motor Neurone Association or Meadow House Nursing Home may be sent to Fakenham and District Funeral Furnishers, Weasenham, Norfolk.
