In Loving Memory of Stan SUMMERFIELD Who passed away on 19th May 2012. Aged 56 years. Wonderful Husband to Kay. Dad to Greg and Grandad to Greg, Caitlin and Kev. You will live on in us forever. Funeral Service will be held at The Salvation Army Citadel, Harwich on Thursday 31st May at 10.00am followed by Interment at Oakfield Wood Cemetery, Wrabness.
