MEADHAM-SMITH Michael Sadly passed away peacefully in St. Helena Hospice Colchester on 5th June 2012 aged 76 years. Sadly missed by Ron. Funeral Service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Friday 22nd June at 1.15pm. No flowers by request, donations, if desired to St. Helena Hospice c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, CO12 4QR. All friends welcome at the Service and after at The Cross Inn, Horsley Cross for light refreshments.
