MAYHEW Angela Passed peacefully away in Harwich Hospital on Sunday 12th August 2012 after an illness fought with great courage and dignity, aged 66 years. Beloved Wife of Mick, fantastic Mum to Richard and much loved Nan to Daniel, Luke and Louise. Funeral Service to take place at Weeley Crematorium on Thursday 23rd August at 11.45am. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to 'Breast Cancer UK' c/o Harwich & Dovercourt Independent Funeral Service, 8 Oakley Road, Dovercourt, CO12 4QR (01255 553398) All welcome.
