VANDALS have ripped off parts of a football club dugout and broken into a shed.
Lawford FC want to warn neighbours after a spate of incidents at the School Lane site in Lawford.
Lloyd Bellett, club secretary, said: “We had some damage to a tree and then we had the fascia ripped off a dugout and thrown up a tree. We put a temporary one on and that was ripped off.
“On Monday in the early hours of the morning we had our shed broken into around the back. We don’t think anything was taken but we want to make people aware in the area.”
Mr Bellett said residents nearby should be vigilant as the last time their shed was broken into other homes suffered similar incidents.
He added: “The club is all volunteers and it’s very frustrating for us.”
