A DENTIST has purchased his first surgery after a brush with dental sector specialists.

Dental sector specialist Clarke Willmott LLP has assisted Manningtree dentist Dr Arman Maqbool to buy his first surgery.

Arman, supported by Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking and advised by Helen Wong MBE from Clarke Willmott, has acquired 50 per cent of Manningtree Dental Practice.

The practice, based in High Street, is now accepting new patients, and aims to grow its patient base by 20 per cent by next year.

Ms Wong, who specialises in brokering dental practice sales, said: “I’m absolutely delighted for Arman.

“He is thrilled to have been able to get on to the dental practice ladder and to own his own business for the first time.”

Arman said: “It was always an ambition of mine to own my own practice and where better to buy than the place I work at, who I know, like and trust.

“We are offering a service to our patients that we can be proud of and that reflects the high standard of dental care and service we strive for.”
