Man due in court charged with sexually assaulting mentally disordered person
A BRADFIELD man has been charged with two counts of sexual offences against a mentally disordered person.
Stephen Pilgrim, 59, of Harwich Road, will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court on October 6.
The offences are alleged to have taken place in Manningtree on New Year's Eve.
