St Mary's Church in Lawford announces cancelations
A CHURCH has made an important announcement about upcoming events.
St Mary’s Church in Lawford has reluctantly made the decision to cancel its crib service that was set to take place on Christmas Eve.
The midweek service and coffee morning on Tuesday, December 28 has also been cancelled.
However, the midnight service on Christmas Eve at 11.30pm and the family communion service on Christmas Day at 10.30am will go ahead as planned.
The church cited the current dramatic rise in covid infections because of the omicron variant as the main reason for the cancellation.
