FOOD lovers are in for a treat as a famous cook is hosting a workshop in the new year.
Ursula Ferrigno is hosting an artisan pasta workshop at the Mistley Kitchen in Manningtree.
Ms Ferrigno is a talented cook with deep love of southern Italian food, being half Italian herself.
She specialises in making Italian breads, soups, risottos, fruit dishes and every kind of pasta meal.
Ms Ferrigno is an acclaimed author and has written several cookbooks.
She has appeared on TV and radio shows including Good Food Live and The Food Programme.
This workshop will involve cooking pasta from scratch with warm water and semola, Ms Ferrigno is keen to show students the different shapes the meal can take.
The course will conclude with a delicious lunch of your own creation including dessert served with wine.
Please note any allergen and dietary advice, the course will not accommodate anyone with severe allergies.
All workshops are subject to change, organisers will be adapting the event to follow government guidelines.
The workshop is taking place on Saturday, January 15, 2022.
