THE most expensive - and cheapest - house prices in the Tendring area have been revealed.
Sold house price data has been collated to reveal the sought after places to live over the past five years.
Home sales company Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2016 to see where the highest and lowest priced homes are located across the CO11 and CO12 postcodes.
Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property solvers, said: “To keep the data less skewed we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that in recent years a property on Church Road sold for £1,275,000.
“At the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £80,000 and less on Elizabeth Road, White Hart Court and High Street.”
Across the Harwich and Manningtree area The Heath, Mill Lane and Stones Green have some of the highest-valued homes.
In The Heath six properties sold for an average of £658,000 and Mill Lane saw properties sell for an average of £615,000.
Also, Stones Green saw three properties sell for an average of £523,333.
Some of the cheapest streets include Quayside Court where 13 properties sold for an average of £85,846.
Langley Close had five properties sell for an average of £89,200.
Lastly, on Vansittart Street three properties sold for an average of £93,000.
