HARWICH and Manningtree's most and least expensive streets over the past five years have now been revealed.
Home sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2016 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the CO11 and CO12 postcodes.
In The Heath (CO11), six properties sold for an average of £658,000.
In Mill Lane (CO11), three properties sold for an average of £615,000.
Stones Green (CO12) also saw three properties sell for an average of £523,333.
Some of the cheapest streets include Quayside Court (CO12) where 13 properties sold for an average of £85,846.
In Langley Close (CO12) there were five properties sold for an average of £89,200.
Vansittart Street (CO12) was also an affordable location where three properties sold for an average of £93,000.
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
"It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Church Road (CO11) sold for £1,275,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £80,000 and under on Elizabeth Court, Elizabeth Road (CO12), White Hart Court (CO12) and High Street (CO11)."
