A HOUSEBUILDER has launched the final phase of homes at its development in Mistley.
Hopkins Homes’ River Reach development includes a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in a variety of styles.
The developer was given permission to build 235 homes off Harwich Road across two planning applications back in 2019 and 2020.
The homes are now nearing completion with the final properties going up for sale.
Buyers are now able to book an appointment to visit the site and find out about the homes.
Monika Hanlon, group sales and marketing director at Hopkins Homes, said: “Our River Reach development truly exemplifies how we plan, craft, and build homes designed to stand the test of time.
“Great design filters through everything we do and that’s exactly why we’ve had such a wonderful response to our first phase, selling 98 per cent of our homes. We’re equally excited for people to see everything our second, final phase has to offer."
One property style in the final phase is The Heacham which is a four-bedroom detached property with a spacious living room – complete with a fireplace and wood burner – a sizable dining room, cloakroom, utility, and French doors leading out to the large garden.
