A CHOIR is set to launch free sing-along sessions and everyone is invited, with a particular focus on people with memory-loss, confusion or dementia.
The sessions are organised by Harwich Sing and sponsored by Manningtree Town Council and Manningtree and District Dementia Support Group.
Sessions will take place from Friday, October 14, meeting at 10.30am on the second Friday of the month in Mistley Church Hall, New Road.
Transport can be arranged and the event will be disability friendly, starting with coffee and a chat followed by an hour of singing.
