A MUM has expressed her delight after reaching the final stage in a competition for a national award.
Jade Mitchell, of Lawford, is an ex-teacher and mum of two is a finalist for the prestigious Creation Station 20th anniversary awards.
Jade is the owner of The Creation Station Tendring and has been shortlisted for two awards including New Franchisee of the Year Award 2022 and The People’s Champion Award.
Creation Station offers arts and crafts classes and parties.
She said: “I am delighted to have been shortlisted for the award. The Creation Station Tendring is just under six months established and I am thrilled at how positively my clubs, classes, events and parties have been received within the area.
“It means a lot to be working among my own community and bringing so much joy to families.”
The national Creation Station franchise awards take place at The Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel in Bromwich, Birmingham at the Inspiring Imaginations’ Conference on Saturday, October 1.
