A REAL estate developer has announced off-plan sales at its new flagship development scheme have got off to a strong start.
City and Country’s new Manningtree Park scheme is adjacent to the Stour Estuary and a couple miles away from Dedham Vale.
The scheme launched on the weekend of Saturday, October 15 with the first phase featuring new homes ranging from one and two bedroom apartments to one to five bedroom houses.
Jennifer Rhodes-Finch, head of marketing for City and Country, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the exceptionally high level of interest in the launch of this beautiful collection of homes at Manningtree Park.
“With a good number of homes sold ahead of the launch, we are confident that the homes are right for the local market – particularly in light of current market challenges.
Designed to reflect traditional local architecture the scheme is located off Long Road, situated between Mistley, Lawford, and Manningtree.
The development also has tree-lined boulevards and more than 11 acres of landscaped parkland and garden squares.
Simon Vernon-Harcourt, design and planning director at Manningtree Park, added: “Located next to breath-taking Constable Country, this unique development has taken several years of meticulous design and planning work prior to the recent start of construction.”
