A DEVELOPER is hosting a prospective buyer’s mortgage clinic at a new development in partnership with a mortgage broker.
City and Country will host the clinic at its Manningtree Park development in collaboration with mortgage broker The Mortgage Brain.
This event will offer hopeful buyers the opportunity to obtain advice and support about purchasing a home this year.
Jennifer Rhodes-Finch, head of marketing at City and Country, said: “We appreciate that buying a new home can be one of the biggest investments anyone is likely to make, and therefore we want to offer potential buyers as much support and advice as possible.
“I believe many may be surprised to hear what is available to them and the potential ability to buy is better than they may presume.”
Michelle Beck, new build business development manager at The Mortgage Brain, added: “This year has been off to a flying start with high enquiry levels from buyers firmly closing the door on the doom and gloom of last year.
“We are excited to be partnering with City and Country to provide advice and guidance on financial planning and mortgages.”
The clinic will take place on Saturday, February 4, between 10am and 5pm.
