TRAFFIC is slow around Colchester this morning causing delays for drivers.
There is queues on the A12 London-bound between Junction 29 for Ardeligh/A120 and Junction 26 for Stanway.
The traffic is on the approach to the roadworks in place along the dual carriageaway, where there is contraflow and lane closures in place.
This is adding to the usual rush hour traffic and delays around the city.
